My approach
With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Human Nutrition and over 10 years of clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian in a Greater Toronto Area hospital, I’ve worked with individuals across nearly every stage of life.
My Master’s research explored the important link between dietary protein intake and muscle health, and I’ve seen how thoughtful nutrition can rebuild, restore, and uplift at any age.
