Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A detailed receipt will be provided for insurance reimbursement, if applicable. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice are non-refundable.
